El Diablo

A classic tequila highball with cassis, lime and ginger beer. Bright on the nose, deeper on the finish.

Ingredients

• 45 mL (1½ oz) Sueños Blanco Tequila
• 15 mL (½ oz) crème de cassis
• 22 mL (¾ oz) fresh lime juice
• 90 mL (3 oz) chilled ginger beer
• Ice
• Lime wheel for garnish

Method

1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
2. Add Sueños Blanco, crème de cassis and lime juice.
3. Top with chilled ginger beer and stir lightly.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.

For adults of legal drinking age. Enjoy responsibly.
